This independent Luxury Esclusive Tuscany Villa is situated in panoramic position, in a medieval village in the heart of Tuscan Appennine encircled by forests. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays in full relax and during your stay you will have the possibility to appreciate Florence and tuscany. You can take long walks along the trekking trails amongst chestnut and beech trees.
A few kilometres away you can visit the villages of: San Godenzo, Poggio a Frascole where there is one of the main Etruscan archaeological excavations, Scarperia with its famous racing circuit of the Mugello, Vicchio the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue, Dicomano is only 10 minutes away where you can find shops, supermarkets, banks and the train station. Situated about 45 kilometres from the villa, the historic centre of Florence can be easily reach by car or by train.

Villla "La Fonte" has been completely renovated and elegantly refurnished.

1 bathroom with water massage shower.
Living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV, dining room, study.
1st floor:
3 double bedrooms (no single beds)
Bathroom with corner bathtub for 2 people
Dependance:
1 double bedroom (no single beds), living room with dining area, single sofa
bed, open plan kitchen (microwave, fridge, electrical stove, dishwasher,
toaster, filter coffee machine), bathroom with shower, hairdryer and iron.
Are accessible from the garden for exclusive use of the guests: pool, fitness room, private chapel. A spacious furnished veranda ideal for out door lunches, a wood stove, a BBQ and a fontain from wich you can drink the fresh water.
